The North Haledon Recreation Archery program has been in existence in our town for over 60 years. Registration is open to North Haledon students between the ages of 7 and 18, in grades 2 through 12, on a first-come, first-served basis; space is limited to ensure safety for all.
The program runs from January through April in one-hour weekly sessions on Friday evenings. Time slots will be assigned at the initial Mandatory Safety Briefing on the first Friday in January – attendance is required.
No experience is necessary for the North Haledon Archery program, and no equipment is needed. We have modern, high quality equipment for the Archers to use. The program is staffed by highly experienced instructors who emphasize SAFETY and Fun!
NH Archery Rules and Safety Procedures
Online registration occurs in December, and runs through the end of the month or until all slots are filled. Watch for an email (if previously registered for any NH Rec activity) for exact dates, or send an email to NHArchery@outlook.com at any time.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT WAITLISTS FOR ARCHERY
Due to space limitations you may be placed on a waiting list. If and when you are released from the waiting list, you will then be asked to complete your registration by making payment. Being added to the waitlist does not necessarily mean you will not be participating in the program this season. Once registrations have closed and space limitations have been confirmed, a number of those on the waitlist will receive an email notifying them they have been released and will then have the opportunity to finalize registration by making payment. Once released from the waitlist, payment must be completed in order to finalize registration.
